Shown here is the Bolt-on reverse mounted stabilizer on a bike using a higher crossbar to clear the damper. Most KLX250's have no crossbar so clearance is not an issue. Bikes using a crossbar will need a minimum of 40mm between the crossbar and main bar to clear the stabilizer. Some bikes will require trimming a little of the rubber molding on the nose of the tank. The stabilizer is mounted in the reverse position to clear the key. the kit includes everything you need to mount it, including step by step pictured instructions.
